Terms	Definition
"nk99"	The official online gaming platform accessible at https://nk99.ml and the official nk99 mobile app.
"User" / "Member"	Any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the nk99 platform.
"Account Balance"	The total credit available in your nk99 account to use in games.

Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Member Eligibility

Account Registration

You may be required to submit a copy of your identification document, proof of address, and bank account information for withdrawal verification purposes. This process is straightforward, secure, and completed only once – after which you are free to use all platform features without further restrictions.

Withdrawal Terms

General Bonus Terms

Game Integrity

Strict Prohibitions

Nk99 reserves the right to void bets and forfeit winnings obtained in violation of these rules, and to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

Account Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility. nk99 provides state-of-the-art security infrastructure, but you also play an important role in keeping your account safe.

• Never share your nk99 account password with anyone, including the nk99 support team — we will never ask for your password.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings for an added layer of security.
• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Report immediately to nk99 support if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.

Nk99 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to secure your own login credentials.

Account Termination & Suspension

Nk99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms.
• Fraud, document forgery, or providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Money laundering activity or any suspicious financial transactions.
• Use of multiple accounts or promotion abuse.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards the nk99 team or other players.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the member through the self-exclusion programme.

If an account is terminated due to a terms violation, nk99 reserves the right to hold the account balance pending further investigation. For voluntary terminations with no violations, valid remaining funds will be returned once the verification process is complete.

Personal Data Protection

Nk99 fully complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) in handling all member personal data. The collection, storage, and processing of your data is carried out in accordance with Privacy Policy for detailed information.

• Your personal data is used solely for the stated purposes and will not be sold to third parties.
• All data is stored on secure servers with high-level encryption.
• You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, nk99 is not liable for:

• Any service disruption caused by technical maintenance, network failure, or circumstances beyond nk99's control.
• Losses resulting from a user's failure to follow account security guidelines.
• Disputed game results without substantive proof of a technical failure.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.

Nk99's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

Nk99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notifications or email to registered members at least 7 days before taking effect, unless the changes are required immediately for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the nk99 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
